Bite Size CPD

We figure, from talking to many event people, that their own development (what we call CPD), often gets forgotten in the eventful world of events.

Now we have free events and also paid courses you can access, but we also have a solution that is even simpler than that. Each event hub newsletter we will offer a CPD opportunity and in return we ask you to commit 15 minutes of your valuable time sitting at your computer. See below for the first snippet.Picture5

In the world of events, as in education, the ability to present is hugely influential. Whether that be a presentation to a client or sponsor, or the presentations at the event you’re creating. There is so much inspirational advice out there but I have not read anything better than the article which the below will give you access to. The pain is you have to put your details in to download, the bonus is that the website is excellent and we, as university tutors, get lots of good content from there to spark the students. Simply click here to go to the GoToMeeting page. It gives you free access for 30 days – you can decide after that. Just to be clear – it’s not our site and we have no interest in it – it’s just really useful for event people and their CPD.
