Also your event exists in an increasingly competitive event marketplace – where there are more competitors than ever before. So the starting point is to reflect upon those things and answer questions like;
- What is the makeup of the audience and what does that mean for the event we create?
- What does success look like for my boss / the client?
- What do partners / sponsors need to achieve through the event to justify their involvement and promote future involvement.
