We are seeking students to work as part of our virtual June Open Day. Please note these events will take place virtually and you will be required to use your own technology to access the platforms and to chat in text form with guests. There may also be the opportunity to participate in live webinars where you will appear on camera to speak alongside your course academics to discuss details pertaining to the course. Full training on how to access the platform and setting up the required profiles will be given and you must be available on Thursday 3rd June 2021 for this. You will need access to a laptop/Smartphone/iPad with internet connection to participate in these events.

This advert is ONLY open to Undergraduate courses but across all the Colleges

You must be available for the event date (Wednesday 9th June) and throughout the full time of the shift (3pm-7pm). Please also note there will be a mandatory training session held on Thursday 3rd June which you will be required to attend.

You must also have the following documents to hand, to enable the Right To Work checks to be completed on Zoom before working:
• Either a Passport or Birth Certificate (could be a current or expired passport, but it must be a A4 Birth Certificate which includes your parents full names and occupation)
• Proof of National Insurance Number if providing Birth Certificate (this can be either the card or another official document such as a payslip with shows your NI number) (not required if you provide your passport)
• BRP card if you hold one

A DRIVING LICIENCE WILL NOT BE COMPLIANT.

You need not apply if you are already a student ambassador, this opportunity will be offered to you via a Google form at a later date.
